　　5月4日，汇丰控股公布，已与其在华寿险相助搭档百姓信任告竣协议，将收购百姓信任所持有的汇丰人寿50%股权。买卖营业完成后，汇丰人寿将成为其在中海内陆的全资控股子公司。该买卖营业尚待禁锢机构许诺。按照中国扩大保险业对外开放的新规，本年1月1日起，中国开始打消合伙寿险公司外资比例限定。

　　除了汇丰，盟国、安联等外资保险公司都已经可能正在通过各类方法晋升在华合伙企业的控股比例，加大在华投资力度。外资保险掀起投资中国高潮，除了由于中国正在起劲推进金融开放政策，也由于中国保险市场正在快速增添。
